This is an older telegraph insulator that is green in color.  I have not been able to get the metal pin out of the thread hole and did not want to risk trying it on my own.  Other than the obstinante pin and a BB ding on the dome, the insulator is mint!  It will be a nice one when it is cleaned and the pin is removed.
