Located directly on the Atlantic Ocean in the quiet north end of the Daytona Beach Area, Tropic Sun Towers features modern and updated condominiums. Amenities include:

Arrival Date:  Saturday of your choice, at or after 4:00 PM

Departure Date:  7 days later on Saturday, at or before 10:00 AM

Guaranteed Buy-Back if the seller is not pleased with their purchase.

As an added selling incentive, we unconditionally guarantee to buy this property back from the buyer for the same full purchase price paid to us in this auction, excluding deed preparation, closing costs, and resort transfer fees; provided the seller does not owe any debts to the resort or management company, such as maintenance fees, taxes, or assessments.  This Buy-Back must occur during the 11^th or 12^th month after this auction ends, upon notice to us by the buyer that they wish to re-sell the property.  Having met these stipulations, we agree to prepare all documents for a reduced rate of $199 closing cost plus whatever the resort charges at that time for resort transfer fee.  We will not buy-back prior to the beginning of the 11^th month, nor after the 12^th month.  Closing costs and RTF must be prepaid prior to preparing documents.
