Unit 521 offers a king-size bed and full-size kitchen in the master side and sleeps two (2); the kitchen is fully equipped to serve six (6) people; the guest side sleeps four (4) with a king-size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a full bath. The guest side also has a mini-kitchen, specifically, a wet bar, microwave, and short refrigerator.

As an added selling incentive, we unconditionally guarantee to buy this property back from the buyer for the same full purchase price paid to us in this auction, excluding deed preparation, closing costs, and resort transfer fees; provided the seller does not owe any debts to the resort or management company, such as maintenance fees, taxes, or assessments. This Buy-Back must occur during the 11th or 12th month after this auction ends, upon notice to us by the buyer that they wish to re-sell the property.
