We use USPS First Class unless items weigh more than a pound then it is shipped USPS Priority. Insurance is available on items sent in the USA only if you choose to purchase it. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged shipments if you do not insure them. The USPS uses delivery confirmation. It will not let you know where your item is. You can only see when it has been delivered. There is no tracking on international orders.
If you want to track your domestic or international package you will have to use UPS. It does cost more but it is worth it if tracking is important to you.
SPECIAL NOTE: If you live in Italy we will only use UPS to ship to you so we can track the progress of your package. We have had too many problems with packages taking a long time to reach our customers over there because of customs. Please email us if you have any questions regarding this matter.
