Click the Pay Now button at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.
Check-Out Later...
If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail immediately after auction closing. The message will contain a link to the simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
We do combine shipping…
You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items and make payment for your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout! If for some reason it doesn’t, send us a message and we will send you a combined invoice with your shipping discount.
If payment is not received within 7 days, we will be forced to nullify the auction and file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay, to recoup our auction fees.

We prefer to receive payment via Pay Pal or Credit / Debit card. We accept the following forms of payment.

Sales Tax For shipments to Texas addresses, we are required by State law to collect 8.25% Sales Tax.
Shipping Information
We generally ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx. We will ship smaller items by USPS. If the item being shipped is large/heavy enough to require freight delivery, we will work with the winning bidder to arrange shipment, but the winning bidder will be solely responsible for shipping costs. Southern Tattoo Supply Shipping Policy:
1. We combine shipping whenever possible; however, there are sometimes weight, size or product restrictions which do not allow us to offer such a discount. Once you checkout, you should be able to combine those orders which qualify for combined shipping.
2. We ship within 2 business days after payment has been received. All Express and overnight orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment.
3. If you plan on picking up your item(s), please let us know 24 hours before coming in so that we can have the item ready for you when you arrive.
Customer Service
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is anything that would keep you from giving us a 5-Star rating in all areas. Although all sales are generally final, we know circumstances arise and we are dedicated to customer service.
Return Policy
Returns for qualified items are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date. Returns are not allowed for sterilized items such as needles, medical products or inks.
In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law). You are responsible for shipping costs.
There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
