USA $5.00 S/H for up to 25 books, 10 cents for each extra book.
Canada 1-5 books $8.00. 50 cents for each additional book.
United Kingdom 1-5 books $11.00, $1.00 for each additional book.
Australia 1-5 books $12.50, $1.50 each additional book.
For other international bidders, please mail first for your pricing.
These are my rates, please do not bid if you do not intend to honor them.
