Shipping

All items are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is fully received and cleared. A UPS Tracking number is emailed to you once the product leaves our warehouse. Please check your email address registered with eBay as it will be sent there.

• Pickups are welcome
• We ship via UPS, we do ship via USPS for APO addresses
• We ship via our account only - please no third party shipping accounts.
• Insurance is included in our shipping charges.< FONT>
• Shipment to CANADA are subject to Canadian Customs Duties and Brokerage.
• We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada with an extra cost please contact us for more information.
• For international order, we usually use DHL Express.
• Shipping is set as a predetermined flat rate, please email us for rates.
• Shipping will be via UPS Ground unless another shipping method is chosen after the auction. Upgraded shipping is available. You will be able to select upgraded shipping via UPS during final settlement of your winning bid and will be charged accordingly.
• We Express, overnight, 2 or 3 days air, to get a quote please contact us.

Sales Tax : New York state Shipments will be charged sales tax of 8.375%, sorry this is the law! Any other seller who does not charge tax and is located in New York is irresponsible and breaking New York State Law - don't count on them being in business very long.

Non-Paying Bidders

• Payments must be received within 7 business days from auction close, no exceptions. Failure to do so will result in a non-bidder warning (which may lead to your suspension from eBay) and negative feedback unless the bidder has contacted us. So please serious bidders only! 
• (10) days after filing a Non-Paying Bidder Alert, we will request a Final Value Fee Credit through eBay.
• After requesting a final auction value refund, you will no longer be guaranteed to purchase the item at the winning bid price.
• Once eBay has been properly notified a mark will be placed on the users account (three marks is equal to a suspension from eBay for at least one month)

Warranty and Returns Policy

We exchange any UNINSTALLED defective merchandise for the same model under the following conditions :

1. It is returned to us within 7 days of the buyer/winner receiving it.
2. Is accompanied by a letter explaining the defect..
3. Includes in the letter stating that He/She agrees that the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways, and
4. possibly subject to a 15% re-stocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item and the packaging.
5. If the product is DOA, then the buyer will not be responsible for these fees.
6. The return must be in its original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it.
7. Buyer/winner must email us and state the eBay item number, the make and model of the item that is defective.
8. You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, please retain all tracking information until we ship the new item. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
9. Once the package has been delivered please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Penalties could result if those conditions are not met.
