What is being offered now is a Degenhart Glass Basket Toothpick Holder in the color Crown Tuscan. This is one of a few pieces of glass that I took to the Degenhart Museum to have the color verified by the folks at the Degenhart Museum. The ladies at the Museum said this was Crown Tuscan. This piece measures about 2 1/4 inches higth and this piece IS marked the glass with the Degenhart D in a Heart. This beautiful piece of glass has no cracks or chips, the shiny places are reflected lighting.

I grew up a few houses down from the Degenhart Factory in Cambridge Ohio and walked past every day on my way to school. I ended up working at the factory for a number of years after it was purchased by the Boyd family. I bought many pieces of glass through the 1980's through to today, and I told my wife that the glass I purchased would be sold in the future to help pay for our two young daughters college education and my wife is making sure that I keep to my plan. I will be putting some of the items I purchased up for sale on Ebay. I have a lot of older pieces, and some newer ones. I will be putting them on as I unpack them from the boxes I stored them in, or take them off the shelves in our home, or find them at sales. They will not be in any particular order. GOOD LUCK!
