All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment.

We utilize several shipping providers and services depending upon the shipment destination as well as the weight of the package being sent.

*Any product over $75 and < 1 lb for all Domestic orders will be upgraded to USPS Priority.
**FedEx is only used within the 48 Continental United States. For domestic shipments outside the Continental United States, USPS Priority Mail will be used instead of FedEx Express Saver, and USPS Express Mail will be used instead of FedEx Standard Overnight. All PO, APO, and MPO shipments are sent via USPS.
***Motherboards, LCDs, PDAs, and any other product over $75 are sent via Expedited shipping method for all International orders

Payment

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and E-Check payments through PayPal.

We also accept Credit Card payments over the telephone. To submit a Credit Card payment over the telephone, commit to purchase the products you would like, and then call Customer Service at 1-800-605-5028 with your Credit Card information.

Payments must be submitted within 3 days of committing to purchase an item.

Returns Policy

All of our merchandise has been tested and guaranteed against being DOA (Dead On Arrival).

If for some reason, a part is received in unsatisfactory condition, send an email to returns@laptopaid.com including your item number, and what is wrong with the product.

Items that are purchased by mistake may also be returned, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee if a refund is requested. However, the 15% restocking fee may be waived if Buyer chooses to accept store credit. To return an item purchased by mistake, send an email to returns@laptopaid.com including your item number, and the details regarding the purchase.

LaptopAid must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. All products must receive authorization to return prior to being returned to LaptopAid.

All returns must be received within 5 business days of receiving return authorization, and must include a properly completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Return packages may be refused if received outside of 5 business days from receiving authorization, or if a properly completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form is not included in the package.

Replacements, Refunds, and Store Credit are granted once the product has been returned to LaptopAid in its original condition, and may be denied if the product has been altered from its original condition

Buyer assumes all shipping, handling, and insurance charges. All shipping costs are non-refundable in any return situation.
