Summary of My Selling Policies
About the item	We try to describe each item accurately, however we are not experts on every item we have for sale. We try to show several pictures of the item for your evaluation. We try to photograph all parts and accessories that are included. If you don't see it in the picture then assume it is not included, if it arrives with your item then you will be pleasantly surprised rather than disappointed. We provide power cords when possible unless stated otherwise. We also try to include a free used toner cartridge with laser printers when possible. These toner cartridges are provided so that you may start using your laser printer upon receipt but because the toners are used and near end of life they may show defects in the prints they produce. This is the fault of the free used toner cartridge and not the fault of the printer itself. These printing defects are not covered by our no DOA warranty or any other implied warranty. Once you install a new or known good toner cartridge then you can expect good prints from your printer. Our No DOA warranty also does NOT cover Batteries, or "consumable" items such as, but not limited to Toner / Ink cartridges, photo drums, etc.

Shipping & Insurance	We ship to the U.S.A. and will consider shipping outside the U.S.A. on a case-by-case basis. please inquire. Additional shipping charges will apply. Any other country please contact us before bidding or purchasing our items. Contact us using the "Ask seller a question" link above. Shipping is done two or three days a week depending on volume. Usually on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I provide USPS Delivery Confirmation or, when available, FedEx / UPS Tracking information with all my shipments at no extra cost to you. Buyer will automatically be sent an e-mail with USPS Delivery Confirmation or FedEx / UPS Tracking information. Be sure your SPAM blocker doesn't prevent you from getting this email. Note that USPS Delivery Confirmation is NOT tracking, it just lets me know your item has been delivered. INSURANCE: For items selling for $100.00 or more the shipping quote will include shipping insurance. For items selling for $99.99 or less and multiple items each selling for less than $99.99 that total over $100.00 , insurance is NOT automatically included but may be purchased by you at your option upon checkout. I am not responsible for lost or damage to your item in shipping if you do not purchase insurance. No insurance - then you take the risk. In the event of shipping damage and you paid for insurance or your item was shipped via FedEx or UPS then you must keep all packaging materials and notify me so that I may file a claim with the shipper. Upon settlement of the claim by the shipper you will get a refund for the item including shipping costs.
Warranty	Only items stated "Guaranteed No DOA" will be under a No DOA warranty. This means that it will be functional to the extent described in the listing upon receipt and if not you must notify me within 3 days from delivery to resolve the problem. After 3 days after receipt the warranty expires. All other items are sold AS-IS.
Refunds & Returns	Items listed AS-IS: These items are sold AS-IS for their parts value or repair value and are not returnable or refundable for any reason. It is understood that you know what you are buying and are experienced with repairing these items or are using them for parts. Items listed as Guaranteed No DOA: These items are returnable if they are non-functional or defective upon receipt or substantially not as described, except for any exceptions stated in the description. For example if the description states that a part of the item is not working then the No DOA warranty won't apply to that part of the item. Our No DOA warranty does NOT cover shipping damage. If you paid for insurance or your item was shipped via FedEx or UPS then you must keep all packaging materials and notify me so that I may file a claim with the shipper. Upon settlement of the claim by the shipper you will get a refund for the item including shipping costs. Our No DOA warranty also does NOT cover Batteries, or "consumable" items such as, but not limited to Toner / Ink cartridges, photo drums, etc. The item must be repackaged well enough to protect the item on it's return shipment. Item must be returned in the same condition as received. Item must be shipped with either Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number. Refunds will only be made once the item is received and inspected by us. All shipping charges including return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
Contacting Us:	We don't sit in front of the computer waiting for every email that comes in, however we do answer all emails as quickly as possible. There are days that we may be out of the office looking for new items to list but be assured that we will answer your emails ASAP. Please do not email within hours of an auctions closing to make a buying decision because we might not be able to respond in time for the auction's end. Because of the ever increasing amount of SPAM and SPOOF emails we get daily we will no longer publish our email address on the eBay site. Please use the "Ask seller a question" link above to initiate an email contact with us. When we respond it will be directly from our email address and at that point you can continue to communicate direct to our email address.
