Product Condition: Most of the parts come sealed from the manufacturer; they could be new, new-pulled or used.

Warranty: If for any reason there is a problem, we offer 30 days warranty on parts. Buyer has 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
The following is also not included on the guarantee:

1. We do not pay return shipping.

   1. Consider buyers inability to or lack or experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased.
