We combine shipping for multiple items won. If an item is over-size or heavy it may have to ship by itself and cannot be combined with other items.
We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or International.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APOs and FPOs please provide a street address during checkout. It can be a friend's house or business address if you can't use your own.
We use UPS Ground, or Postal Office to ship our products. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your item ships.

Instructions for returning an item

ItsOnSale Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased from ItsOnSale, simply contact a Customer Service Specialist at 1-510-922-9954 (M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST), or send an email to customerservice@ItsOnSale.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of your package are delivered for a refund, replacement, or credit.

The product must be unused/uninstalled, complete and in its original packaging. Any item received in a defective condition will immediately be replaced or can be returned for a full refund only when a replacement product is unavailable, with no questions asked. The item must first be returned to us and inspected before a refund or exchange can take place. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately and have your order number available.
All custom or special orders are final. Installed parts will not be accepted for return/exchange (unless it is a warranty issue).

Orders will be assessed a 15% restocking fee if the customer elects to return the item for a refund. The restocking fee does not apply to clothing or shoes and remember that the restocking fee is waived if store credit is chosen or if you are exchanging merchandise.

Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only. Labor charges are non refundable. Overnight, 2nd Day or other premium shipping options are not reimbursable. You can expect a refund within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of non-defective products.

If you receive your order and determine that the item you were shipped does not match the description and/or the picture of the item on our website, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation in a timely fashion and reimburse return ground freight. ItsOnSale is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors on our website. While we make every effort to insure that our website is current and 100% accurate, we acknowledge that on occasion errors do occur and ask for your patience and cooperation if a mistake is discovered so we can resolve as soon as possible.

What is quality "factory-refurbished" merchandise?

Factory-refurbished merchandise refers to products that have been returned to the manufacturer for any of a number of reasons.

Anytime a retail store or consumer opens a product in a box and it is not purchased, it cannot be sold as new. The item is then shipped back to the manufacturer to be "reconditioned."
An item purchased by a consumer and returned for any reason--perhaps the product didn’t work or the consumer simply didn’t want it--whether it's the very next day or a month later, is sent back to the manufacturer to be "reconditioned."
Some items, called "scratch and dents" have been returned to the manufacturer with visible wear and tear. ItsOnSale makes every effort to ensure that our "factory reconditioned" merchandise does not include "scratch and dents."

I’ve also seen the terms "refurbished" "recertified" or "factory serviced" in some item descriptions. What’s the difference?

Various manufacturers use these slightly different terms, but any item listed on our site as "refurbished" or "factory serviced" meets the same factory-refurbished standards listed above.

What if I don't agree with the billing charges?

Our checkout system has been thoroughly tested to charge the exact amount stated during the checkout process. What do you consider my billing address?

Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not accurate, your card may be declined.

What if my credit card is declined?

If there is a problem processing your card for any reason you will be notified immediately via email. Depending on the nature of the problem you may be prompted to try a different card.

I purchased a few items from you during the same timeframe. Can you ship them together?

Currently we are unable to accommodate this request. We have multiple processing facilities and items may be shipped from different locations. Unfortunately, this means that we must ship items individually.

Do you charge sales tax?

State laws require that internet retailers collect sales tax in states where they are resident. ItsOnSale is currently resident in the state of California. Subsequently we are required to charge applicable taxes in California.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Can I come to your location to pick my item(s)?

Unfortunately, we are not currently configured for individuals to come to our locations to pick up their orders. Additionally, many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to a location specified by our customers. We are merely an office for processing the paperwork for these transactions.

What will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping and handling charges vary greatly depending upon the value of the materials and craftsmanship of the piece and its final shipment destination. The shipping and handling rates are clearly posted in each item’s description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when placing your order.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Due to our shippers' restrictions, we cannot ship to certain zip codes in these states. In addition, there may be certain restrictions on the dimension and weight of packages that we can ship to these states. Therefore, we can NOT ship our products to these states at this time.

Can you ship to Puerto Rico?

Who will deliver my order?

ItsOnSale.com uses UPS Ground service for most products and we may use other carriers as necessary depending on your order's size and weight.

When will my order leave the warehouse?

Most products are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within two business days after payment has been received. Items that cannot be shipped within two business days will be clearly marked on our product description pages.

Do you offer premium delivery service?

Yes. For those occasions when you need something in a hurry, we offer premium next day and 2nd day air service for select products for an additional charge.

Do you refund shipping charges?

Shipping charges are refunded if:

A product was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
A product was damaged during shipping

Yes, we understand you're a busy person. You may have a package delivered without a signature requirement. However, some carriers will not leave packages at certain residences due to their own security and delivery guidelines. In these cases, the driver will leave a "call tag" with a number you can call to reschedule delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone can accept and sign for your package.

How do I ship items to a different address?

It's easy! During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to street address within the United States.
