30 Day Limited Warranty . Brave New World Electronics offers a 30 day limited warranty on all laptops. This warranty covers hardware defects and excludes any software issues, neglect or unauthorized repair. Batteries from Dell are not guaranteed to hold a charge due to the declining nature of rechargeable batteries, so battery life will not be covered by any warranty.

Insurance Included in Shipping . Shipping within the continental USA is $36, Insurance included, via UPS Ground. Tracking info will be sent to your Ebay Email address, if you can't find it, look in your Spam Folder.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is $16.00 additional. At this time we do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico or anywhere outside of the US other than Canada.
