-  Immediate PayPal Payment: We process all our credit card purchases with Paypal.

-  Until the transaction is completed the item will show as available and may be purchased by another buyer.

-  $1,000 PayPal Buyer Protection: Your transaction with us is covered under PayPal's buyer protection insurance for up to $1,000 for your protection.

-  PayPal customers: When paying by PayPal, please use our ID dexdeals@dex.com .

-  Please be patient and wait for your product to be shipped. Once your payment has been received, we will ship within 1-2 business days (please allow an extra 5 days for computers, printers, & monitors for proper testing and cleaning). 

Shipping

-  Confirmed Shipping Only: We can only ship to your PayPal confirmed address. For security reasons, there are no exceptions to this rule. Please DO NOT ask us to ship to an address other than your PayPal confirmed address.

-  USA Only: (continental U.S.A.) At this time, we only ship to the continental U.S.A. (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO AE addresses, or P.O. Boxes). We ship via UPS Ground only which wont deliver to these locations. Please do not ask us to ship to another location.

-  Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm eastern standard time.

-  Shipping Methods: (UPS GROUND w/Signature Required) We ship within the US only. For all addresses within the continental U.S., we ship via UPS Ground with Signature Required. The Shipping, Handling and Processing charges listed below enable us to ensure that your purchase is delivered safely and in a timely manner. The costs incurred cover shipping, handling, tracking, and insurance. WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES

-  Tracking: You will receive an email from ship@dex.com with tracking information. If you have a spam filter, please be sure to add this address so that you do not miss this email.

-  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, Items carry a 30 Day warranty on parts and labor. Items will be repaired or replaced to meet specifications listed in auction.
• All auction sales are final. We will accept returns for repair/replacement only against our 30 Day Warranty as stated above.

• Dexdeals reserves the right to cancel any order when payment is rejected by PayPal.

• Computer systems may contain new, refurbished, used or factory-renewed components.
• Used and refurbished items may have slight cosmetic imperfections. Please see the Returns section above for information about cosmetic issues.
• Refurbished monitors sold alone or with a computer system will occasionally have blemishes on the side or back of the case, but not the display side. Monitors may also have slight screen burn, but are otherwise guaranteed to be in good working condition.
