  • Buyer can purchase extended warranty directly from Dell.
  • There is no return if the item is not defective. Only defective or damaged on arrival items can be returned. Buyer will get a return label or get refund in shipping fee in these two situations.

  • Package will be sent out within 24h after payment cleared. Please check your ebay message folder for package shipping status and tracking information. 
  • We provide free insurance to all items. Shipping and handling fee will be FREE. Deliver to any 48 states within 5 business days after packages ship out.
