RETURNS- Does NOT include SOLD AS IS items. We accept returns only for items that are misshipped or DOA. We must be contacted on the day of receipt. We will replace the product if we have more of the same item available. Otherwise, we will refund only the bid price of the item. Buyer must return the product in order for it to be replaced/refunded. We will not refund if the item is received back damaged due to not being properly packed for return. |
