Off Lease Avenue Warranty We will repair any unit which fails to function properly within 30 days of purchase as long as the malfunction has not resulted from: abuse accidents, misuse, natural disaster, or if it is otherwise stated in the Ebay Ad. User abuse includes dropping the unit, impacting the unit, cracking connectors or dongles, water damage, or power fluctuations of any kind. There is no warranty on laptop battery lives or items denoted as new and/or factory sealed from the manufacturer, as we have not tested them. Repair will take place as soon as possible; if the equipment is not repairable we will replace the item with a like unit of equal or greater value or refund the purchase price. Off Lease Avenue Disclaimer We reserve the sole right to approve such claims for replacement. The purchaser is responsible for bearing the cost of the return shipment. Ohio residents are subject to 6.5% state sales tax.

Shipping Information:
We ship within 24hrs of receiving payment unless payment is received over the weekends or Holidays. Shipping rates displayed on the auction are for shipments to the 48 contiguous United States ONLY! If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, email us for a shipping quote before placing a bid on the item(s). We use UPS for the majority of our shipping. UPS cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. If your Paypal account address is confirmed with one of these type addresses, we require you to include a physical address in order for UPS to deliver your item. Please put the physical address in the note field of your Paypal payment. Failure to do so will result in a delayed shipment. We do not use the United States Post Office for any shipments.
