By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Marvin78772, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Marvin78772 agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between the Customer and Marvin78772. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Marvin78772.

In the event a product listed on eBay’s website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Marvin78772 shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Warranty

Sold As Is, No Return, No Warranty.

This item is sold "As-Is" with no warranty, and will not be considered for either refund or exchange. This is an "All Sales Final" item. Marvin78772 is not an authorized dealer for tools and electronics, therefore, warranties that may be included, may not be honored by the manufacturer. Buyers need to contact the manufacturer for information/availability of warranty. Marvin78772 does not offer any warranty, expressed or implied, on any item.  It is up to the individual manufacturer of each item whether or not they will warrant an item purchased from Marvin78772 secondhand.

Returns/Refund Policy

Please read auction carefully before bidding. Refunds are not given because a part (manual, cable, etc.) that was not listed was not shipped with the item.  If it is not listed in the auction description, please do not assume any accessory is included. If there is a problem found, it will be listed in the auction and the item will be sold "AS IS, NO RETURN". All AS-IS sales are final. Returns are not accepted on items marked AS-IS, NO RETURN.. Items damaged in transit are not returnable. You will need to file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Refunds on items are only given when item is returned, serial numbers (if available) matched, and item is retested to be in working order. If item is found to be working as listed, item will be returned to the buyer at their expense. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping on items being returned for ANY reason. Buyer understands all shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Refunds will not be given for problems that are listed in the items description.

Product Return Procedure

• Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Marvin78772. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Marvin78772’s Return Procedure will be breached and Marvin78772 may in the sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

• Marvin78772 will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Marvin78772 will assess a 15% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns for refund.

Technical Support

Marvin78772 does not offer any sort of technical assistance. Marvin78772 cannot offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations; provide technical support or sales advice. Marvin78772 lists all of the information the manufacturer provides for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted in the auction.

Shipping Information

Shipments will be sent via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx depending on package contents, weight, and other conditions. Marvin78772 reserves the right to choose the service that will be cost effective and that will expedite the item efficiently when shipping is marked as a standard flat rate. Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance costs. Marvin78772 does combine shipping on multiple items. All items shipped are required to be insured if the value is over $50.00 USD with a tracking option. Marvin78772 will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit. Any claims of lost or damaged items must be filed with the carrier. Items are also available for local pick up for a service charge of $5.00. Please call ahead for an appointment. Quoted shipping costs include packing material, fuel surcharge, actual shipping cost and miscellaneous charges that apply.

Shipping Methods

• USPS Express Mail - Delivery within 1 business day + 24 hours to process the order.

• USPS Priority Mail – 2-3 business days + 48-72 hours to process the order.

• USPS Parcel Post – 2-9 business days + 48-72 hours to process the order.

USPS - APO/FPO orders welcome! Delivery will take approximately 2 - 6 weeks + 24-48 hours to process the order. (Due to military APO/FPO box size, 19" and larger boxes cannot be shipped via this method)

• FedEx Ground - 3 to 7 business days + 48-72 hours to process the order.

• UPS Ground - 5 to 7 business days + 48-72 hours to process the order.

• DHL Ground - 1 to 6 business days + 48-72 hours to process the order.

• All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.

• Marvin78772 does not process orders during weekends.

• No deliveries will be made on Sunday.

• Marvin78772 does not guarantee same day shipping.

• Marvin78772 does not offer International shipping options at this time.

• Exact delivery times to HI and AK cannot be guaranteed.

Payment made through PayPal must be made within 7 business days of auction end. Payment made by Cashier’s Check/Money Order should be postmarked no later than 10 days after the end of auction. There are no exceptions to be made in this matter. Failure to pay will deem the auction null and void, the item will be re listed, EBay will be notified, and negative feedback left.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will not be applied to any items shipped.

Limitation Of Liability

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES MARVIN78772’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. MARVIN78772 SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. MARVIN78772 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT MARVIN78772 HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
