PICK-UP-

All auctioned items are available for local pick up. Appointments for pick up are available between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. If you choose to pickup your item you will not be charged shipping. Appointment for pick-up is to be within 5 business days of invoice. ITEM INSPECTIONS-

We make every attempt to show the damage in photos. In addition, all items are available for inspection at Washtenaw Community College’s warehouse facilities. If you are interested in personally inspecting an item please call to set up an appointment. (734) 677-5224

SALES TAX-

In accordance with the Michigan Sales Tax Act, #167, P.A. 1933, Washtenaw Community College is required to charge 6% sales tax on ALL items picked up at our location or shipped to a Michigan address.

PAYMENT-

Payment is to be made by PayPal AFTER you have informed us if you would like to pick up your item or have it shipped - at this point you will receive an invoice for the correct amount.

A lot of the items that come through my door, I am not familiar with because we offer so much here on campus. On rare occasion, we have made a mistake or two, but we are human and we have always done more than what was needed to satisfy the customer.
