We have technicians that are A+ Certified as well as Microsoft Certified Professionals, who clean and test these computers.  It's important for us to know that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.  You have our guarantee that it will arrive clean and in perfect working order.
Warranty
The hardware in this computer is fully covered by a 60 day repair/exchange warranty. NO REFUNDS.  The warranty covers all of the hardware that the computer was originally shipped with.  This warranty does not cover software issues or physical damage of the computer.

 We must be notified of any discrepancies in our ad within 48hrs of receipt. In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
