Governing Law - The Terms and all related
transactions will be governed by the laws of the
Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of
Canada. The parties hereby agree to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the
Province of Ontario.
NEOGEO
Computers Inc. will never be liable to you
or any other party for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, punitive or exemplary
loss or damage arising from, connected with, or
relating to our products including but not
limited to loss of data, business, markets,
savings, income, profits, use, production,
reputation or goodwill, anticipated or
otherwise, or economic loss, under any theory of
liability (whether in contract, tort, strict
liability or any other theory or law or equity),
regardless of any negligence or other fault or
wrongdoing (including without limitation gross
negligence and fundamental breach).
NEOGEO’s liability will be no more than the
amount you paid for the product that is the
subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount
for which NEOGEO is responsible. |
