It is up to the shipper to decide which shipment method to use. Tracking information is automatically emailed when the item is shipped. USPS tracking information can be found on eBay by going to your auction and clicking on "View Order Details".  UPS tracking information is emailed from UPS WorldShip. Be sure to check your Junk folder should you not receive notification within 72 hours of payment being received and cleared.

Returns are accepted on the following conditions:

• The product is covered by our eSold Guarantee (Read the listing and see the guarantee policy details above)
• No returns are accepted and no refunds processed after 30 calendar days of payment.
• All returns must have prior authorization. Contact us for return instructions via phone at 512.244.2800.
• Unless instructed otherwise, all returns must be repackaged as originally shipped including all accessories/manuals/software.
• Customer pays for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Returns due to customer errors/issues such as ordered wrong item, changed mind, etc. are assessed a restocking fee.
• Please include documentation including your eBay name, the eBay item number and include correspondence emails or other notes explaining the reason(s) for the return. Failure to do so can result in a delay in processing the refund.
