You are bidding on a used but in excellent condition, Dell GX270 Personal Computer.  The keyboard and mouse are included with the PC (the mouse pictured my be replaced by a similar but off brand model).  There is no restore disc but you'll see the Microsoft COA sticker is on the machine.  The monitor is not included but is pictured to show the PC powered and in good working order.  You may add the Dell 15" LCD monitor to your purchase for $70.00 + $18.00 Shipping and handling (the monitor will ship in a separate box, VGA and Power cable included when the monitor is added to your order). I do require shipping insurance on this order and this is displayed in the shipping cost calculator.
