Warranty
We place an outstanding 30 day warranty on this item. The warranty covers all of the hardware inside the computer that it was originally shipped from us. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as configuring your wireless network or any other custom situation. We do offer a paid support plan for those issues. You may also purchase an extended warranty through The Square Trade Group for this item at a discounted rate. If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will work diligently to correct the problem. If it is necessary to be returned for repair/replacement, we will issue an RMA number for your return and upon receipt of the item, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you.
