THIS IS A REFURBISHED MACHINE.  IT HAS BEEN REFURBISHED AND REPACKAGED BY DELONGHI.  IT MAY BE AN END-OF-LINE MODEL OR AN OUT-OF-BOX DISPLAY MODEL. IT COULD HAVE MINOR IMPERFECTIONS. IT COMES COMPLETE WITH ALL ACCESSORIES AND WITH A 90 DAYS WARRANTY.

Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon.  Depending on the geographic region where our carrier delivers, there could be an extra shipping charge (Purolator for Quebec and Ontario, Maritimes Provinces, UPS for western Canada and USA).  In that case, an e-mail will be sent asking if customer accepts to pay extra fees and if so, we will send a new invoice.  If customer doesn't accept, a transaction cancellation request will be sent.

We pack our items very well, but accidents do happen at the post office, and if you didn't insure your package, there will be NO REFUND if the item gets broken or damaged.
