The packaging may not be in mint or new condition. WE TESTED EVERY ITEM THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO SHIPPING and we guarantee every item we sell is in perfect functioning condition. Because the items are display models, demos, or refurbished items they may contain minor scratches that do not affect their functioning. Shipping Terms:
We offer shipping to all continuous 48 USA states via Fed Ex or UPS. ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO and other U.S. territories are not included. All shipping costs will be paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated in the listing. WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR UNREGISTERED BUYERS. We ship most all items same or next day, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship all of our items by ground delivery only.
Return Policy:
We offer seven (7) days MONEY BACK, or thirty (30) days EXCHANGE ONLY. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send us an email to let us know you will be returning the item. We will gladly refund your money AFTER WE RECEIVE THE ITEM. We will gladly ship you another item for your return during the 30 days following your purchase date. Buyer agrees to pay all shipping costs ,and the item must be in the same condition as you received it; with all included parts and/or accessories. Please note: THE SELLER WILL PAY FOR RETURN IN CASE OF DAMAGED ITEMS. We assure the item is in perfect working condition. We never ship any defective items. Because this is a display model, demo item or refurbished, our exchange items may be brand new, demo item, or refurbished.
