    Unless otherwise indicated in the product description we will ship to Canada and continental US. Customs and Duty are not included in the shipping cost. Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing. Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon.  Depending on the geographic region where our carrier delivers, there could be an extra shipping charge (Purolator for Quebec and Ontario, Maritimes Provinces, UPS for western Canada and USA).  In that case, an e-mail will be sent asking if customer accepts to pay extra fees and if so, we will send a new invoice.  If customer doesn't accept, a transaction cancellation request will be sent.

We pack our items very well, but accidents do happen at the post office, and if you didn't insure your package, there will be NO REFUND if the item gets broken or damaged.
