What is a "Buy it Now" auction
Buy It Now is the simplest way to buy on eBay. It allows you to buy an item when you want it, at a known set price.
When you see the  icon next to a listing, or see a Buy It Now price listed on an item page, the seller gives you the opportunity to purchase the item right away without waiting for an on-line auction to end.
Items that have a Buy It Now price only (no bidding) -- you can purchase the item right away.
You can shop for your needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
These products are available to customers within the contiguous U.S. states ONLY at the shipping prices listed below. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska you should send us an e-mail at andrewutterguys@yahoo.com to find out the additional shipping charge or if we can ship to you.
To order product, you can click on the "Buy it Now" button from any product page. The shopping cart is automatically filled with the model number and purchase price of the product you want to purchase. If you want to buy more than one of any item, simply change the number in the quantity box and click the "Buy it Now" button. When you have finished shopping you can purchase items by clicking on the "Checkout" button. You are responsible for all items you do on the "Buy it Now" items. You can now pay with PayPal or you can still pay over the phone by calling Andrew at 800-249-5591 Mon-Fri 8-5 and Sat 8-2 eastern standard time. If the order is called in by 2:00 we will ship the same day during the normal business week.

Most orders are processed the same day but may take up to 1 extra business day to be processed to ensure your item meets quality assurance.

We use RL Carriers Ground service to a commerical address with a forklift or loading dock (no residential deliveries or businesses that run from a residence) the freight companies do not recognize this as a physical business address and only deliver business to business or dock to dock. The freight companies are also subject to a number of regulations one being that they are not to give any assistance in unloading from the truck, they are only responsible to get the products to the back of the truck.
Residential delivery is available but there will be a extra charge of $75.00 and includes Free liftgate service to get the machine to the ground

If you can not take delivery this way we will ship to the closest freight terminal to you of our choice and the freight company will load into your truck or trailer for you. If choosing this method make sure you bring plenty of straps Tie down and secure to the transportation that you are bringing to ensure a safe travel to your business or place of residence

Shipping insurance is a option and can only be purchased at time of payment checkout. If a problem should happen (loss or damage) and you do not get the insurance it is soley your responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. If you do purchase the optional insurance and the product is lost or damaged we will file the claim on our end and ship a replacement within 48 hours.

We only ship within the 48 Cont states to CONFIRMED addresses only and phone number must be included for efficiency. So please do not ask us to ship to a different address than what is listed on Ebay and Paypal

All NEW products may be returned for manufacturers defects as long as there is a written email or letter from the manufacturer stating that the product is defective and (does not include liquid damage, physical abuse, or damage caused after customer use) within 7 days of delivery to you in a complete package with ALL items received by you or as stated in the auction contents area above. Any package that is authorized for return by The Utter Guys must have the issued RMA # clearly written on the outside of the return package in order for us to accept it and process it.
