Chairs are shipped new in box with some assembly required via UPS ground to the 48 contiguous US states and Canada. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at a higher cost via UPS Air (Email for quote). No shipping to APO's or FPO's. Pickup not available. Please allow 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. In the rare event that this chair is temporarily out of stock you will be notified and given a choice of waiting or a full refund. Shipping to 48 US States and Canada is calculated by your ship to zip/postal code - scroll down near bottom of listing to enter your zip code for calculation. Price includes insurance and tracking. Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to Washington State.
