Designs In Holes is a direct result of its parent company, Syr-Tech , which is a metal perforating company located in the suburbs of Chicago. In 2002, Gary Heflen came up with the idea to use his machines to make outdoor benches. he came up with a new company to market this product called Designs In Holes.

What began as modern outdoor benches for the patio or deck two years ago has evolved into a full line of casual furniture and accessories that has home and comercial applications. Manufactured and marketed in Glendale Heights, Illinois, this furniture has been designed with beauty, long life and zero maintenance in mind.

In addition to residential use, the "Designs In Holes" line has been very popular in the commercial environment such as office buildings, golf courses, park districts and tennis courts.Our customers are loving these benches because there is virtually no maintenance. For example, golf courses can set them out on the tee-box and forget about them. The maintenance crew is very happy as well because the benches are easy to move for grass cutting or just to change the location and of course the beauty of the bench adds to the beauty of any business.

In 2004, we added yet another addition to our product line. We introduced Alligatorboard, which is tough perforated metal pegboard. The demand for this new product has been great and we have since added colored Alligatorboard, work benches, Alligator strips and many more items to this fantastic product line. For up to five years from the date of the original purchase, Designs in Holes will replace any defective part due to manufacturing defect at no charge to the customer. the customer is responsible, if needed, for shipping the defective piece and/or part at customer's expense to our service center. Designs in Holes will then reurn the replacement piece via UPS ground at no charge to the customer.

Warranty will cover the repair or replacement of any of our products under normal wear and tear. We will not cover the cost of repair or replacement if we feel that upon our inspection, the damage was caused by obvious neglect or abuse.

The warranty information here is valid as of 01/01/05 and customer must retain a warranty card, included with product, and be prepared to present it upon our request as to show proof of purchase and warranty eligibility.
