This is not a cheap hat. Black with little multicolor feather.  I bought these top hats for my daughter's Victorian Themed wedding (which took place 2 weeks ago).  They are felt with the extra band on the inside.Beautifully made.  The size is large and fit great on an average man's head!  I have 3 of them left so I have listed the other 2 on separate auctions.  You won't find a better deal!. Item can be picked up or shipped.  Please contact me regarding questions as I need to get this paid for within 3 days and shipped due to another family obligation.  Thanks
