The desk top controller powers either of two included laser wands. One is a bright red 635nm 5mw the other is an 808nm 150mw wand. We only sell true lasers not LED's. 

635nm (bright red) penetrates about 3/8" or so deep into the body. The 808nm penetrates much deeper. Many of the Physical Therapists and Chiropractors who use our lasers find using the 808nm AND the 635nm during the same treatment session produces results that are far better than either wavelength alone.
