You are bidding on one hotel room in Brighton, CO, at the Comfort Inn during the week of the 2008 Democratic National Convention.  The price is for a 5 night stay (Check-In Date: August 24^th & Check-Out Date: August 29th) for a Smoking King Room (1 King Bed) OR  2 Queen Bed Room.   The selling price includes all taxes and fees.  That means that when you check into the hotel your 5 Night Stay is already paid for including tax.  Upon arrival you will be required to give the hotel a credit card for any incidental charges during your stay (i.e. phone calls, etc.).  Please bid with complete confidence from a seller with a 100% positive feedback rating.

Once payment is confirmed through PayPal, the seller will contact the successful buyer(s) and email them a confirmation number that will be registered in their name with the hotel.  Upon arrival you will be required to give the hotel a credit card for any incidental charges during your stay such as phone calls, room service, etc..
