You are biding on a Brand New, high performance, SATALEC Compatible ultrasonic scaler Handpiece,
coming straight out of the factory. We are an authorized factory dealer.
The scaler handpiece is mainly used for teeth cleaning and also indispensable equipment for tooth
disease Prevention and treatment. It eliminates the dental calculus, bacterial plaque, and tea scales
on the teeth quickly without hurting the gum and the enamel.
This Detachable handpiece can be autoclaved under a high temperature of 135˚ and pressure of 0.22Mpa
avoiding cross-infection effectively.
Please make sure that the connectors of the handpiece are completely dry before installing the handpiece.

All payments must be made within 7 working days. Non-paying bidders/buyers will be reported to eBay after 7 days to recover the eBay charges we had to pay.

All merchandises sold are brand new in their original sealed box.
Unless otherwise stated they include a one year warranty on manufacturing defects for all parts.
However, if from some reason an exchange procedure has to take place we will do it as follows:
- Any presumed defective units should be reported and obtain authorization before being returned with a copy of receipt.
- If your item arrived damaged or defective or if you received the wrong product or the item
is not working according to its technical spec, you may return it to us for a replacement item or a full refund,
This should be done within 7 days from the day you received the item.
We will cover the shipping cost back to us up the shipping rate stated in the listing/selling page.
We will send you a new unit or refund the full payment you paid.
- Once you receive the item please open it
in front of the delivery men and check that there are no singes of damage.
If the item was damaged during shipping refuse to accept it and the shipping company will send it back to us.
We will send you a replacement unit ASAP.
- All the items are carefully examined by out technician before they are sent to you and should work properly upon arrival.
- If the items had been damaged / stopped working through ongoing usage and on warranty coverage we will have to receive
the item in its original condition. Delivery charges from your place to our warehouse will be charged to your account.
We will pay for postage of the new unit to you when needed.
- Units that will be returned but found not defective, or damaged by the buyer, will be returned at buyer’s expense.
- All Returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt.
Please note that we will not accept returns in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged.
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- All refunds in a replacement and/or return situations will be given only after the goods had arrived and inspected in our warehouse.
