Excellent Pre-owned condition - This is an authentic Dept. 56 collector's item in excellent pre-owned condition. This belonged to a collector and all pieces were kept in its original packaging.

The only issue with this particular piece is that both of the bookcase pieces has broken off and needs to be glued back in place. The piece is included but has not been glued in place.

Other than that, the piece is in mint condition.

The Owl in the Cage and Jenny's Book store sign are included.

One of the hanging pieces of the sign is broken but can be glued on.

Please view photos below. We were able to find the weather vane but that piece is also broken. All these pieces will be included.
