SHIPPING:
Local pick up is welcome , all in state purchases are required to pay 6% FL tax.  We use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping/handling rate and not the method of shipment. We use several shipping methods depending on the location, size and weight. We will determine the method of shipping and we will either use the shippers insurance,(if offered) or our own private carrier. We acquire tracking numbers for all shipments that leave our facility. We do not give out the tracking numbers, we use them internally so we can work with our carriers directly if needed.

We consider feedback an important and integral part of our business. It lets us know that you've received your item and that the transaction has been completed. Please be sure to leave feedback once your item has been received so we can close our files on the item. If there is a problem with the item please contact us immediately so that we can try to resolve it. Negative feedback will not only fail to rectify a situation but will also be reciprocated.

INSURANCE:
Insurance is required by the seller based on the final auction price. We have seen too many items damaged or lost in shipping by various carriers and insurance is to ensure a positive buying experience for our winners.
