A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.

Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. We accept PAYPAL, or you may use money orders, cashier checks, & personal checks. We reserve the right to hold personal checks up to 15 business days to ensure clearing before we ship.
A refund will be authorized if an item we've listed has been grossly misrepresented or if an item has been damaged in shipping and the item has been insured by the buyer and the claim has been approved by the insuring company.
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, there is a standard 20% relist/restock fee on any approved return. S/H/I fees are not refundable.

SHIPPING: Local pick up is welcome , all in state purchases are required to pay 6% FL tax. We use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping/handling rate and not the method of shipment. We use several shipping methods depending on the location, size and weight. We will determine the method of shipping and we will either use the shippers insurance,(if offered) or our own private carrier. We acquire tracking numbers for all shipments that leave our facility. We do not give out the tracking numbers, we use them internally so we can work with our carriers directly if needed.
FEEDBACK: We consider feedback an important and integral part of our business. It lets us know that you've received your item and that the transaction has been completed. Please be sure to leave feedback once your item has been received so we can close our files on the item. If there is a problem with the item please contact us immediately so that we can try to resolve it. Negative feedback will not only fail to rectify a situation but will also be reciprocated.
INSURANCE: Insurance is required by the seller based on the final auction price. We have seen too many items damaged or lost in shipping by various carriers and insurance is to ensure a positive buying experience for our winners.
