This auction is for a Dept 56 Heritage Village Collection, Dicken's Village Series- LIMITED EDITION!  It is called the "Ramsford Palace."  It is item number 58336.  In the edition- it is number 10,352 of 27,500 sets.  There are 17 pieces to this 1996 edition.  All pieces are in excellent condition- no chips or cracks.  The box is included in this auction.
