7 days after the buyer receives it | If you read my descriptions, view pictures, and email questions. There should not be any reason to return an item. If for some reason there is a problem, notify by email and issue will be resolved. Return postage will be your responsiblity, and tracking numbers must be used on return items. If item was insured and has been damaged, DO NOT return. I will send all information that needs to be filed for insurance claims. Please keep all packaging until claim is settled.
