Please note that items shipped to Indiana destinations or items being paid for and picked up in our store are subject to 7% Indiana sales tax.

PayPal payments will only be accepted for confirmed addresses. If your address is not confirmed, we will only accept cashiers check or money order. Please email us and let us know what type of payment you are sending. We ask that you forward your payment ASAP to avoid any delay in the transaction. Buyers are allotted 5 business days from the end of the auction to remit payment. If the buyer has not paid within this time, we reserve the right to re-list. If you choose to pick your item up at our store, only cash or check will be accepted.

Buyer agrees to pay the amount listed (US Dollars) to cover shipping and handling.   We will ship by UPS, USPS, or DHL.  Please use the UPS calculator in our auction listing to estimate shipping costs.  We reserve the right to ship by the best  method of shipment for the auction item you won.  We cannot ship by UPS to P.O. boxes.  Please provide us with your mailing address so we can expedite your shipping after payment.All shipments are insured up to $100.00; any additional insurance is optional and must be paid by buyer. If you do not choose any additional insurance for your item over $100.00, we do not cover lost, damaged, or broken package. We ship 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)  International buyers are responsible for all duties, customs charges or other fees collected by their country. 

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of date of delivery. Items must be returned in exact same condition as sent. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling and insurance charges. We do not pay for the shipping on a returned item. If you are satisfied with your transaction with us, please leave your positive feedback for us and we will be sure to reciprocate when we do our daily updates.
