We are happy to bring you from Department 56 this "Bay Street Shops Set of 2 " #56.53301 from the Seasons Bay collection. This consists of two pieces that fit together to form three different storefronts. The stores are Maggies Millinery, Bayside Clothiers, and the Book Nook.

It was retired in 1999 and originally retailed for $135 new. Measures 8 L x 10 1/2" H x 7 1/2" D. No chips, cracks, or breaks to be found. This will take a large box making the shipping cost a bit higher.

Our consignor is parting with her collection of Department 56 Season's Bay collectibles. All of the buildings and large pieces are still in their original boxes and include their UL light cord, if it originally came with one. A few of the accessory pieces do not have their boxes and this will be noted in the listing.We have tested out all the light cords and they work but we can't guarantee the life of the light bulbs. All the pieces are in gently displayed condition and look superb. If there are in flaws we will, of course, point those out to you.

Our shipping is calculated by the eBay Shipping calculator and is based on the weight and size of the package along with your location. To that we add insurance protection and sometimes a handling fee.
