We are happy to bring you from Department 56 this "Grandview Shores Hotel" #56.53400 from the Seasons Bay collection. It retired in 2000 and orginally retailed for $150 new.

Measures 13 3/4 L x 8" D x 10" H. No chips, cracks, or breaks to be found. This one is a bit heavier and is large so the shipping will reflect this.

Our consignor is parting with her collection of Department 56 Season's Bay collectibles. All of the buildings and large pieces are still in their original boxes and include their UL light cord, if it originally came with one. A few of the accessory pieces do not have their boxes and this will be noted in the listing.We have tested out all the light cords and they work but we can't guarantee the life of the light bulbs. All the pieces are in gently displayed condition and look superb. If there are in flaws we will, of course, point those out to you.

Our shipping is calculated by the eBay Shipping calculator and is based on the weight and size of the package along with your location. To that we add insurance protection and sometimes a handling fee.
