It was first made in 1987 and retired in 1993. The original cost was $6.00.The Fresh Paint Sign comes in the original packaging, however there is no box foe the New England Village sign. The piece is in great condition and was displayed a few times in a smoke free home during the holidays. It has been packed away since 1999.
