This auction includes TWO 48 by 20 inch sheets of mossy green ground cover.  These sheets are made by Department 56 and have never been used, but we no longer have the original packaging.

These would be great to use in setting up miniature or village scenes!

• All sales are final.  There are NO refunds or exchanges - unless auction item was inaccurately described.  In such instances, the buyer must contact us within 3 days after receiving the item.  Please let us know and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue.

• Payment accepted via PayPal ONLY and only from verified accounts with confirmed addresses.  No personal checks or money orders.  Please do not bid if you do not agree to the payment method and shipping fees.
• Winning bidder must make payment within 2 days after auction has ended.

• Shipping Fees are fixed and we try to estimate fees as accurately as possible.  Shipping fees include actual postage cost plus cost of shipping materials, handling, and delivery confirmation.  Insurance is recommended but optional and will only be included at the bidder's request.
• Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.  NO exceptions!
• If winning bidder is bidding on more than one of our auctions, please contact us immediately so we can combine shipping on multiple items after the auction's end.
• Packages are mailed out via USPS Priority Mail within 5 days after payment is received and confirmed.  We will notify you by email once your item has been shipped.
• Seller is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail.
• In the rare case that your package takes longer than normal to arrive, please contact us first.  We will provide you with proof of shipping and date of delivery.  Remember, once we mail the package, it is in the care of the postal service, so please be understanding.
