Returns are accepted, purses are a very personal item and I want you to be thrilled with your new purse. Shipping is a service we provide and is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs as well as return shipping, with insurance. The buyer must notify us via email within 3 days of delivery of intent to return or exchange. The buyer must complete an eBay "mutual agreement not to complete transaction." We will send this form to you via email upon receiving notification of your intent to return or exchange. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition. All items must be unused with tags, paperwork & accessories. If applicable, the gift box or dust cover bag included must be returned. The item(s) must be returned insured for the full purchase amount or more. Delivery confirmation or other tracking is also required to insure safe and timely delivery.
