Return Policy
- Buyers need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report any returns
- Returned items need to arrive in the same condition they were shipped. Items broken in transit are covered by shipping insurance only.
- We will gladly resend the item or give a full refund if we shipped the wrong item.
- If a return is requested because you've decided that you do not want or need it, we will:
- Refund the total minus original shipping and listing cost
- In addition, in the case of 'don't want/don't need' return, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Other arrangements can be made, but in the off chance we cannot come to an agreement, the above will apply.
