That is one decade of doing things right over 99% of the time. We take that to heart and feel we have done eBay and our customers justice. However eBay has changed the rules and is now calculating neutral (average) feedback as a negatives and not a neutrals. This change damages our feedback, damages our credibility and saddens us beyond belief. Client is losing business and moving / retiring back home to California, so they are selling off items they can't take. Please view the images carefully before bidding as we don't want any mistakes. Timeline is tight for them to move, so we want to wrap up the deal quickly so they can prepare for the downsizing.
Designer Cream Couch Wicker Wood Satin Stunning Item... Items is beautiful, we would however recommend a steam clean as it is in a home being used. There are some marks of dirt, but no stains, no damage. They can't remember the MFG and the tags are removed. The couch is 88" long by 35" deep and 32" high. It is quite heavy, but can be lifted by two strong people. Home is NON SMOKING. Comes as you see it there! The original cost was $3800.00 new about 3 years ago, their loss is your gain!
We cannot ship these items, they are pick up only by appointment in Albany Oregon. We will arrange to meet the winning bidder (once paid) at the sellers home and help load the winning items into the buyers truck. We are charging a $25 pick up fee so we can cover our shift and drive across town to meet the buyer. When you checkout the handling fee is applied to the invoice.
