We DO accept returns, however, NO SHIPPING WILL BE REFUNDED. In the rare event of a damaged item, we will refund fully AFTER the insurance claim process is completed through Fed-Ex or USPS. We do not reimburse out of pocket. The claim process can take up to 45 days, but we will work with you to have it done as quickly as possible. In most cases, Fed-Ex requires the damaged item to remain at the receivers location for inspection so we do not accept returns of a damaged item until the claim is completed. |
