An original state tax land deed. At the top it says the indenture is between Stanley W. Turner Auditor General of the State of Michigan and Delta Lumber Co. of Detroit, Michigan. The land is situated in the County of Schoolcraft, North East quarter of South East quarter section five containing forty acres more or less and east half of north west quarter section sixteen, containing eighty acres more or less....... It is signed and dated at the bottom April 13, 1895 at Ingham County.
The document is in very good condition.
