Terms of Sale
1. Buyer(s) will sign an offer to purchase and
related sales disclosures and make a
$2,500USD deposit (non-refundable) due
immediately (24 Hours MAX)
after auction closed. We will accept Wire
Transfer or Cashier's Check for the deposit
only!! The Deposit is deducted from the winning
amount.
2. The balance due within 7 days after end of
the auction.
3. This home will be sold in AS-IS
condition with any and all faults. No warranties
or guaranties are given.
4. Seller will use a Licensed Title Company to
Prepare a Warranty Deed the will transfer this
said Property to From the Seller to the Buyer!
Buyer will get a copy of the Deed within one
months. The original deed will be sent for
recording, and Buyer will expect the original
Warranty deed from recorder's office in 2
months.
5. Sellers will provide clear title and will pay
the property taxes in full through the date of

6. You will get the title free and clear. All
tax are current and there are NO BACK

Title insurance nor title company's closing
