All of our "Store Return and Store Display" items come with a 7 day, money back guarantee unless noted otherwise.
New Automotive Electrical Parts come with a 14 day exchange only warranty. We cannot accept returns of electrical units which have been damaged due to fualty electrical systems or improper wiring. Please make sure to diagnose your electrical problem properly before purchasing an electical item. We will work with customers to best of our ability if unit is found to be incorrect or if diagnosis of electrical problem was wrong.
Consumer Electronics such as Smarphones, PDA's, GPS Systems ect., come with a 30 Day Warranty unless noted otherwise.
Only items which are deemed defective or damaged will be eligible for refund or exchange.
Items covered by a Manufacturers Warranty are subject to Exchange Only. No Refunds will be given on these types of items. Please note that if dealing with a manufacturers warranty, to give us time to complete the exchange according to the manufacturers specifications.

Return Info:
Damage to an item must be reported to us within 48 hrs of receipt. Please check your item as soon as you receive. Any damage which is not reported within the 48 hr time frame will not be eligible for warranty.
Please note that we DO NOT accept Buyer Remorse returns. Please make sure to read item description, warranty and all other policies before bidding on an item.
If we do decide to honor a buyer remorse return, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges as well a 15% restocking charge which will be deducted from the total of the item when issuing the credit.
